Each week, with the help of volunteers, we provide an engaging worship experience for our congregation, guests, and those interested in knowing more about Jesus.
At Sanctus, we take a come as you are approach. Some people dress in suits, others in jeans and a t-shirt.
Meet the Site Pastor
Angela Mason
Angela grew up in Durham Region and she met her husband, Paul in young adults at Sanctus Church. They currently live in Whitby with their four children Abby, Cassidy, Caleb, and Evelyn.
In the summer, Angela prefers to spend most of her time at their trailer on the grounds of Muskoka Bible Centre. Throughout the rest of the year — when she isn’t driving kids to various activities — her favourite thing to do is to enjoy a good coffee with new and old friends.
After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Counseling at Briercrest Bible College, Angela worked for years as a financial consultant and later as co-branch manager for an investment firm.
She began volunteering at Sanctus in 2003 and was hired for an administrative role in 2006. Since then, she has held various positions including Pastor of Local and Global Engagement, and Pastor of Groups and Congregational Care. She has been the Ajax site pastor since 2022.

At Sanctus, we don’t just provide childcare, we provide full children’s programming on Sundays. Sanctus Kids – 0 year olds to Grade 5. This programming involves a worship time, teaching time, and activity time.
Sanctus Ajax – Auditorium B
- Grades 6 – 8: Sundays, 9:00 – 10:15am & 11:00 – 12:15am
- Grades 9 – 12: Thursdays, 7:00 – 9:00pm (during the school year)
