Our Board & Governance
Sanctus Church is guided by a Board of Elders who provide spiritual oversight, strategic direction, and governance for our multi-site community. Together with the Pastoral Lead Team, they help ensure that everything we do stays rooted in Scripture, aligned with our mission, and accountable to our members and to God.

Eldership at Sanctus Church
Our Elders serve as spiritual leaders and strategic overseers, working in partnership with the Pastoral Lead Team to guide and guard the mission, vision, and values of Sanctus Church. They carry both spiritual and practical responsibility—rooted in prayer, accountable to God’s Word, and focused on long-term health and direction.
Provide spiritual guidance and prayer support across sites, including elder prayer as outlined in James 5
Partner with the Pastoral Lead Team to set vision, achieve goals, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Govern according to our Board Governance Policy Manual and uphold our Member Handbook
Invest in succession—identifying and mentoring future elders and pastoral leaders
Continually seek innovation by learning from other churches and Christian organizations
