ANNUALÂ REPORT 2026
Thank you for your partnership.
This year marked an important milestone as we launched Plan 3, our vision for the next five years of ministry. Together, we're building on what God has already done and looking ahead to the opportunities He has placed before us. We're deeply grateful for your partnership.
Through your prayers, serving, generosity, and encouragement, lives are being transformed and communities are being impacted. Thank you for being part of this story and helping shape what comes next.

Celebrate Big
God has been so faithful to our church this year. Across every site, more people gathered to worship, kids filled classrooms with curiosity and joy, and hundreds joined us from across Canada and beyond through our new livestreamed Sunday service. With growing attendance and powerful worship moments, we’ve seen God draw our community together in beautiful ways. Each Sunday — whether in a gym, an auditorium, a heritage building, or online — He continues to form us as a church that loves to worship Jesus.

Connect Small
Community continues to be one of the strongest markers of spiritual growth at Sanctus. This year, more people found connection through Connect Groups, creating new opportunities for discipleship, friendship, and belonging across our church.

‍This change is largely due to increased opportunities for church-lead groups like Women’s/Men’s Connect and the new group lead by Pastor Brandon studying the Foundations of the Bible.

ALPHAÂ MINISTRY
100K Seeds Campaign
2026 saw the launch of the 100K Seeds movement, designed to galvanize our communities towards sharing God’s love as a missional lifestyle. The movement, launched in late April 2026, encourages people of all ages and stages to step out and share the gospel message by sowing missional “seeds” in several key areas, including: encouragement/care, service & advocacy, generosity and giving, invitation and sharing faith, as well as others.
A Movement Taking Root
From simple acts of encouragement and hospitality to serving neighbours, supporting local outreach initiatives, and having meaningful faith conversations, people across all Sanctus communities are actively living out their faith in everyday life.
What’s especially exciting is seeing this movement extend far beyond Sunday gatherings — into workplaces, schools, coffee shops, neighbourhoods, and communities across the region. 100K Seeds is becoming more than a campaign; it a movement that’s helping cultivate a growing culture of everyday mission, where people are intentionally looking for ways to reflect the Jesus’ love and hope of Jesus wherever they go.
And this is only the beginning. The momentum and engagement already happening across our communities is a powerful reminder that small acts, done consistently in Jesus’ name, can have a significant impact over time.
Generosity In Action
INCREASEÂ INÂ GIVINGÂ OVERÂ THEÂ PASTÂ YEAR
Giving increased over the past year, reflecting the continued generosity and faithfulness of the Sanctus community. Throughout the ministry year, people continued investing in the mission and ministry of Sanctus through consistent generosity — helping support outreach, discipleship, community impact, and the ongoing vision of Celebrate Big.
GIVENÂ INÂ ONEÂ QUARTERÂ
OFÂ THEÂ YEARÂ ALONE
This ministry year also saw an incredible response to the Vision Fund matching campaign, demonstrating the generosity and commitment of our church community. The momentum created through the matching initiative helped fuel significant investment into mission, prayer, Next Gen spaces, and future ministry initiatives — creating opportunities for people to experience hope, belonging, spiritual growth, and practical support both locally and globally.
VISIONÂ FUNDINGÂ GIVENÂ TOÂ DATE
The Vision Fund continues to play a vital role in advancing the future of Sanctus. Through the generosity of our community, we are investing in mission initiatives, strengthening our culture of prayer, creating spaces for the next generation to thrive, and preparing for new opportunities to share the hope of Jesus across our communities and beyond.
Every dollar given represents more than financial support — it reflects a community choosing to invest in people, spiritual growth, compassionate care, and the continued mission of Sanctus both locally and globally.
Building The Future Through The Vision Fund
Weekly giving sustains the ministry happening right now: worship nights, Connect Groups, Kids and Youth ministry, pastoral care, prayer ministry, and the everyday rhythms that encourage genuine encounter with the living God and deepen their discipleship. The Vision Fund powers the future. This year, the Vision Fund is helping accelerate key initiatives connected to the next chapter of ministry at Sanctus Church — including the 100K Campaign, investment into Next Gen spaces and experiences, prayer initiatives, and an above-and-beyond commitment to Local & Global mission partners.

The Vision Fund continues to create space for future ministry growth, spiritual formation, mission expansion, and Next Gen investment across Sanctus as we step faithfully into the next chapter God is leading us toward.
New Staff Members
This year, we invested in new roles in Next Gen, Missions, and Prayer ministries as key priorities for our church, and welcomed others to fill pre-existing positions.
